Design Thinking at Geobrugg

Another meeting with colorful Post-its? Yes and no. Geobrugg is working with the Design Thinking approach. Design thinking is about developing customer-centric solutions to complex problems in an iterative method. A simple prototype is developed relatively soon. Tests with the customers show the usability and bring new insights.

Design Thinking, therefore, requires courage, creativity, and a company culture that gives room for it.

And what did they do at the workshop last week? For example, prototyping an app for remote monitoring with the Geobrugg GUARD. Colleagues from various teams, e.g., from technology, sales, customer service, or digitalization, took part.
